Classes run termly. If you want to do half a term please tell me when you book.

These classes are NOT drop-in sessions

All classes are £7.50 per session and please note that payment is due 5 working days before term begins.
Note: Under 18s reductions are available but they need to be accompained by a non fee paying adult.

CLASS DEFINITIONS:-

Beginners: - those new to Pilates

Gentle Pilates: - for injured, limited movement, osteoporosis

Improvers: - those with 1 or more years experience in Pilates

Intermediate: - Stronger core stability more vigorous class
