Questions about my classes
When are the classes?
Classes run termly.** If you want want to do half a term please tell me when
you book.
All classes are £7.50 per session and please note that payment
is due
5 working days before term begins.
Note: Under 18s reductions are available but they need to be accompained by a non fee paying adult.
If you have any difficulties regarding payment please contact me directly.
Note that discounts are available for Full Termly payment for terms over 10 weeks
in length.
What if I miss a session?
You can catch up sessions by swapping
to another class if space is available in that class. Please contact me
by phone in advance to find out first, as spaces are limited to 12 per class.
Please DONT just turn up, these are not drop-in sessions!
What to wear?
Pilates welcomes all shapes and sizes, to
improve our health is a priority! Please wear comfortable clothing that
alows me to see how I can assist you during class, ease discomfort or alter
exercises to suit your needs. we exercise in bare feet or non-slip socks.
What to bring?
Equipment is provided but some find a small
towel useful and a bottle of water to drink. It is best not to eat an hour
before exercise.
What about cancellations?
If you need to cancel your place on a course
for any reason please contact me as soon as possible so I can offer it to
others. Note a minimum notice of five days is required for a full refund
of course fee. Less notice and I am obliged to retain a booking fee of £25.
